We reward you when you help us spread the wisdom of Metis!

Invite an ‘Eligible Person or Institution’ to use Metis, and once they start actively utilizing our products we will add a bonus to your Metis account.

Once your referral link has been used successfully, we will update your Metis friends list under the invitations tab.

Subject to our reviews and checks, your referral bonus will be available for withdrawal into your desired destination address within 72 hours.

Who can invite an Eligible Person under this referral program?

Any Metis account holder who is actively using our products can invite Eligible People or Institutions to use Metis by giving them a unique signup link or sending them an invitation through the invitation system by adding just their email.

Who qualifies as an Eligible Person?

An Eligible Person or Institution can be anyone who is not an existing Metis user at the time they are invited. A Metis user is defined as someone who has signed up to the app and agreed to our User Agreement and passed the KYC requirements.

How much do we pay for an invitation bonus?

The program pays up to 37.5% of Metis revenue as long your invites are successful and stays active. Referred to the table below:

HODL Payout

The HODL bonus is paid 72 hours after the maturity of the loan, based on current level. The bonuses are paid in the cryptoassets from which your referred friend is earning.

Algo Trading Payout

The Algo Trading bonus is paid 72 hours after the redemption period, based on your active referrals’ assets and referral VIP level. The bonuses are paid in the cryptoassets from which your referred friend is earning.

What counts as a successful invite?

We deem a referral invite is successful once all the following criteria are met:

• the invite was sent to an Eligible Person or Institution;
• they used your unique link to sign up to Metis;
• they accepted our User Agreement;
• they activated and used one or more of the eligible products;
• the referral was made in good faith

You may not:

• invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
• use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others;
• create more than one account in order to invite yourself;
• invite an existing Metis customer;
• invite fictitious persons;
• do anything that might damage Metis’s brand, goodwill or reputation;
• invite someone by suggesting they will receive a referral bonus, or by promoting anything other than Metis’s main purpose, which is growing the cryptoassets through fixed yield strategies and more;
• use the Affiliate Program in: (i) any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or (ii) any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; (iii) in any way that contravenes any other agreements we have with you, including our User Agreement;
• transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
• transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising either via paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that can damage the Metis brand, goodwill or reputation.

What other legal information should I know?

Metis reserves the right to disable the invite bonuses if we suspect you did not use the invite program in good faith, or have breached any of the above terms. In cases of suspected fraud, further action may result in the suspension of your Metis account, and your Referral Bonus being withheld from being paid to you. If you believe you’re owed a Referral Bonus that hasn’t been paid, please contact our customer support team by emailing our support. In most cases, these issues can be quickly investigated and resolved.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the Affiliate Program at any time. These terms are published in English, and any translation is provided as a courtesy only. Participants in the Affiliate Program cannot derive any rights from the translated version.

The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in all legal proceedings to the extent permitted by law.

These Affiliate Program Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Cyprus.

In order to benefit from this Affiliate Program, you must be an existing active user of Metis and have agreed to our User Agreement. Any additional information provided by you in the course of a referral will be treated in line with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
